I know this game is a dead issue to us, but I found this when trolling through another forum.

Now if only I could find a game that had you as a brain surgeon. Then we would be getting somewhere.
That wreck happened about 8 miles from where I live. The odd thing about that wreck was that there was another wreck in almost the identical location several weeks later. This one involved an SUV as well. HOWEVER, the result was alot different. The driver, for reasons unknown (eastern NC is deer alley, so the speculation was that he swerved to dodge one) lost control of his vehicle shortly after dark on I-40. The vehicle rolled several times and came to rest right side up in left hand (passing) lane of the interstate.
Here is where things take a tragic turn. The driver, who was the only one in the SUV, extracted himself from the wreckage, and stood in the grass near in between the east and westbound lanes. Because it was dark, approaching drivers had no advance warning that there was a wreck ahead, and were still heading his way, oblivious to the situation. According to witnesses and folks who had just pulled over in the eastbound lane in order to try and help the man, he suddenly began walking BACK across the interstate, into traffic. He was hit first by a pickup truck that had swerved into the right lane to avoid hitting the SUV, and his body was flung about 150 feet down the interstate. If that wasn't bad enough, he was then ran over 2 more times before traffic got halted.
Needless to say, he didn't survive.
