My season started off promising when Tom Brady was taken out for Jay.
Now I'm missing Romo for 3 games and all my other players keep hurting themselves in the first quarter.
After an inauspicious 0-2 start to the season, the Mythos have rebounded in a big way and have put together the current longest winning streak in the league.
This is due in a no small part to the brilliance of NEO, the Mythos owner and CEO. Not only did he make wholesale personnel changes from a not-so-memorable draft, he has installed an offense called the "Southern Comfort Spread", which, much like it's alcoholic namesame, is sweet to the taste, but packs a helluva punch in the gut.
On the defensive side of the ball, his Chicago Gangland defense plays with an unbridled tenacity that has drawn parallels to that of a team of ACORN Obama's, chasing down would-be offensive players like so many unregistered (and sometimes imaginary, take that NOLIMIT!) voters ripe for the picking.
Back to the draft day debacle for a second. After a unavoidable scheduling conflict left the draft-day helm devoid of the captain, leaving the Mythos ship floating dead in the water, NEO has since taken over the helm with a fury. He has charted the Mythos ship on a course bound for glory with a lethal combination of offensive might and defensive magic.
Stay tuned for for further updates on this developing juggernaut that has opposing owners shaking in their collective shoes and peeing in their pleated and pressed pants.
