Downloading AA

I'm downloading v2.8.4 right now and i also noticed there is a deploy download v1.2someting. the one i'm Dl'ing is non-deploy. What is this deploy version? I noticed it is way smaller than the non-deploy version i'm dl'ing.

I'm pretty sure it's the client which downloads AA(versus going to a third party site). I got it first, but the d/l was slow so I deleted it and d/l the client.

hmm, I'm downloading the patch now. Its insane how hard it is to fine a regular patch download and sort through different patch versions..
